How long are my files stored?+

All uploaded and processed files are available for 60 days after processing. After that, they are automatically deleted. Compliance reports remain available indefinitely. You'll receive an email reminder at day 50.

What video formats are supported?+

We support MP4, MOV, MKV, and WebM files up to 2 GB. The video is returned in the same format with clean audio. You also get an SRT subtitle file.

Do podcasts and videos use song credits?+

No. Podcasts and videos use Media Minute Packs, which are separate from song credits. You only pay for the minutes of audio processed.

What happens to background music in videos?+

For videos and podcasts, we process the full audio track — speech and background music together. If there's background music, there may be brief audio dips during censored words. For full vocal separation from music, use the Song upload option.

Can I re-review and re-export?+

Yes. After export, you can go back to the review page, adjust which words are censored, and re-export at no additional cost.
